480pcs Edge Mounted LEDs
Super thin, area light, soft and glareless
PL-E90D is specially designed for field portable
lighting applications. 480pcs SMD-LEDs are
mounted in the inner edge of the light frame, and
with SWIT unique 90° light guide technology,
PL-E90D can output bright, soft and equally spread
light, meanwhile, the light body is slim enough and
portable, which is an ideal light source for interview
kit，field video productions, and broadcast studios.
Laser Dots 90° Light Guide
High efficiency and super bright
The traditional edge mounted LED lights are always not so
bright, because half of the light will go to the backside,
even if there’s reflection board, there’s still a lot of light
lost.
SWIT innovative technology is to add laser dots with calculated spaces on the reflection glass, so that the multi
angles of edge light will be converged on the laser dots,
and output 90° to the front with minimum light lost. Then
the slim edge mounted light can also be high brightness.
2200 Lux @ 1 meter
0-100% flick-free dimming
PL-E90D outputs 90W power, feeds 2200Lux luminance at 1 meter distance
(center), much brighter than other similar size LED panels. The effective beam
angle reaches 70°, bounded by 50% decline. PL-E90D also supports 0 to 100%
PWM digital dimming, smoothly and non-flickering.
IEC 62471 Photobiological Safe Certificated
The light has been tested and certificated as “Exempt - No Photobiological Hazard” by the IEC 62471:2008 standard, without the risk of ultraviolet radiation, high energy blue light, flicking. In specific locations such as churches, museums, and ancient buildings, using this lighting fixture can effectively prevent the fading and peeling of mural artifacts, thereby protecting cultural heritage.
Bi-color Temperature
2700K-6500K continuously adjustable
PL-E90D alternated with 2700K and 6500K LEDs, and the output color temperature can be continuously adjustable between
2700K and 6500K.
High Color Render Index
CRI Ra 98; TLCI 99
CRI (Color Rendering Index) is a measure of the ability of a
light source to reveal the colors of various objects faithfully in
comparison with a natural light source. And TLCI (Television
Lighting Consistency Index) is special for the color reveal
ability by camera sensor. Max value 100.
The normal LED light has 80-85 CRI or TLCI, while PL-E90D
offers the super high CRI at 98 and TLCI at 99, and will not
lost the object original colors.
LCD Screen Display
Dimmer / color / DMX channel, battery info
The rear LCD screen can display the current dimmer
percentage, color temperature value, DMX channel and
CH channel, and remaining battery indications.
Quick Adjust Mode
By pressing the adjusting knob
PL-E90D supports quick adjusting brightness and color tem-
perature:
Press the Dimmer knob, it will switch from 1% stepping to 10%
stepping, to quick adjust brightness;
Press Color temperature knob, it will switch from 50K stepping
to the following commonly used color temperature selection:
2700K / 3200K / 4500K / 5600K / 6500K.
DMX512 control
Dimmer and Color temperature
PL-E90D adopts standard 5-pin DMX in/out port,
supports DMX512 protocol, and adjusts dimmer
and color temperature by DMX controller.
The dimmer and color temperature occupy 1 DMX
address respectively.
Press and hold dimmer knob for 2 seconds to enter
DMX address setting, range from 001 to 512.
Interaction Control Mode
Control the lights each other without a DMX consoler
Press and hold color temperature adjusting knob
for 2 seconds, the light will enter "CH" interaction control mode. In this mode, connect all the lights by
DMX cables, and operate any of the light, all the
other lights with same CH addresses can be controlled together.
Press and hold dimmer knob for 2 seconds to enter CH
address setting, range from 001 to 512.

11-36V Wide Input Voltage
By V-mount/Gold mount battery or 4-pin XLR
PL-E90D supports 11-36V wide range
voltage input, with 4-pin XLR DC socket,
and equipped with V-mount or Gold
mount plate to power by batteries.
(The default battery plate is V-mount.)

1. Warranty Period
We provide 1 year conditional warranty for lighting products.
2. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
The following damages, malfunctions, failures, or safety incidents, including but not limited to damage to LED emitters, circuits, or housings, personal injury, or property loss, are not covered under warranty, and SWIT shall bear no liability therefor:
(1) Non-Compliance with Operating Procedures
Operation, installation, or removal of equipment and accessories not in accordance with the User Manual; forcible removal of connection cables or power cables; obstruction of heat dissipation vents; direct visual exposure to LED emitters; failure to follow the prescribed sequence for startup/shutdown or wiring.
(2) Non-Compliant Power Supply and Accessories
Use of non-original SWIT power supplies, power cables, chargers, optical accessories, or other uncertified third-party accessories; powering the product with third-party power adaptors; use of extension cables or power adaptors with mismatched rated parameters.
(3) Unauthorized Modification and Repair
Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair of the equipment; tampering with core components or circuits; failure to contact SWIT authorized after-sales service upon equipment malfunction, resulting in unauthorized repair or aggravated damage by non-authorized personnel.
(4) Misuse and Adverse Environmental Conditions
Damage resulting from dropping, impact, compression, puncture, water immersion, exposure to high temperatures or direct sunlight, extreme cold, humidity, excessive dust, or other non-normal use environments or human-inflicted damage.
(5) Failure to Address Abnormal Conditions
Continued operation despite abnormal conditions such as overheating, abnormal odor, or abnormal noise, resulting in damage or safety incidents; use of damaged or malfunctioning accessories or batteries in violation of regulations.
(6) Out-of-Specification and Incompatible Use
Operation beyond the equipment's rated parameters; use in incompatible systems or environments; failure to implement protective measures during outdoor use, resulting in damage from severe weather conditions.
(7) Force Majeure and External Factors
Damage caused by irresistible factors (including but not limited to earthquake, flood, or typhoon), sudden voltage fluctuations, or external circuit short circuits.
(8) Natural Wear and Tear
Normal aging of LED emitters, wear of accessories, and other natural degradation of the product.
(9) Improper Storage
Failure to store equipment and accessories in accordance with prescribed specifications, resulting in moisture ingress, dust accumulation, or component corrosion.
(10) Non-Authentic Products and Ineligibility
Products not purchased through official SWIT channels, or products with altered or missing serial numbers that preclude verification of authenticity and warranty eligibility.
(11) Liability Disclaimer
All risks and consequences arising from improper use, human factors, or external factors shall be borne entirely by the user.
(12) Non-Quality Defects
Any damage or breakdown not caused by the product's design, workmanship, or manufacturing quality.
